• Kelsey will check you in at the front desk, and make sure you’re in tip-top shape with paperwork. (Pro-tip: if you’d like to save some time at your appointment, fill out this Health History form. You can either print this out and bring it in with you, or fill it out and email it back. :)

  • We’ll take two low exposure x-rays and a series of photos of your smile so we can see everything we need. You’re in good hands! We’ll also put them on a screen so Dr. Arruda can explain everything to you.

  • Next, Dr. Arruda will do an extensive exam; She’ll assess where you/your child’s oral health is at, and determine if you’re ready for treatment. If you are ready for treatment, Dr. Arruda will explain the treatment plan that’s unique to you. She’ll also provide an estimate of treatment time.

  • This estimate is only accurate assuming the patient 1. Consistently shows up to scheduled appointments, and 2. Doesn’t break too many brackets/attachments.

  • Your Treatment Coordinator will go over any PPO orthodontic benefits you might have, as well as the total cost of treatment. This cost is all inclusive, meaning: appointments, the occasional bracket/attachment repair, and retainer is included. Sweet!

  • Good news: We offer in-house financing which never includes interest. We’re happy to figure out a payment plan that works for you.

  • At this point in the consultation, we’ll answer any questions you might have about treatment or cost. Most of the time, we can even get started with treatment that same day!

  • Now, let’s go conquer life together.
